Condos listed from 100k to 150k sold for approximately:

94.5% of the listed price (up about 8% from March) with 3 condos sold. Contact me with any questions.

Conclusion
This is a buyers market in the condo market right now. With condos being a seasonal market, the best deals can be had during the month of May which is different than I predicted last month now being able to see what April has brought us — low prices.
