As expected, February was a little slower for the condo market than most other months. However, a lot of people looking to buy a condo or house have sprung up lately and have the Oxford, MS real estate market buzzing again.

Conclusion:
The next few months are great time to buy because this is where all of the deals are made. When June, July, and August come the prices are usually known to go up since they are the most popular months.
