Conclusion
The overall market is a little slow for a January. Last year, in January, there were 15 homes that sold. Although it is a slower month, we have received more buyer leads this month than any other month, telling me that the next few months will greatly increase in sales. This could mean that prices may start leveling off or even slightly increase.
