    June was a very good month for home sales. With 58 selling in June, the market looks as if it is coming back for homes!

    The condo market took a bit of a hit in June with only 13 selling. This time last year there were 25 that sold in the month of June 2009.  Here is a brief summary of what went on, please contact me for specific details.

    Approximate Average Sold Price for condos in June: $154,500

    Approximate Average Sold/List percentage in June: 90%

    Condos Listed Under $100k: 4 Sold selling at approximately 94% of list price

    Condos Listed between $100-$150k: 3 Sold selling at approximately 92% of list price. (with the exception of one non-disclosed sale.

    Condos Listed between $150-$200k: 3 Sold selling at approximately 94% of list price

    Condos Listed between $200-$250k: 2 Sold selling at approximately 98% of list price

    Condos Listed between $300-$400k: 1 Sold selling at approximately 76% of list price.
